No, the WonderStand™ can only be used with live Christmas trees. WonderStand™ accommodates live trees up to 10 feet tall and up to 6 inches in trunk diameter.

Our Christmas tree stand was designed to optimize the water capacity by creating a balance between reducing the need for frequent watering and minimizing the risk of too much water becoming stale in the stand. The WonderStand™ holds 1 gallon of water depending on the diameter of the tree trunk. The WonderStand™ will hold 1 gallon of water with a 2 inch trunk diameter Christmas tree.

What is the warranty of the WonderStand™?

This item is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal conditions of household use. We will replace or repair the product or refund your money, at our option, upon presentation of sales receipt or other proof of purchase together with the defective product at our place of business listed below. The owner shall be responsible for all shipping expenses. This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser, and excludes any damage to the product resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, outdoor use, use with live trees over 10 feet or over 6 inches in diameter or use with artificial Christmas trees. The product is not warranted when used, and the product should not be used, in a commercial or business environment. ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS ITEM, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AS TO ANY COMMERCIAL USE.
The above warranty is complete and exclusive other than any implied warranty arising by operation of law. The warrantor expressly disclaims liability for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages in connection with the purchase or use of this product. Any and all damages for breach of any warranty shall be limited to the amount of the original purchase price.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so certain limitations herein may not extend to you.

How do I check for water level in theWonderStand™ Christmas Tree stand?

To check the water level in the tree stand, visually check the water level in the watering port. If you can see water in the watering port, you do not need to add water to your stand. If you do not see water in the watering port, add water to fully fill the watering port.

How does theWonderStand™ help to minimize water spills when watering the Christmas tree?

The Dalen Christmas tree stand has an overspill rim that will catch up to a cup of over spilled water.

How do I set-up a Christmas tree in the WonderStand™?

1. To place and secure the cup on the trunk of the tree
Caution: Keep fingers on the outside of the cup to avoid the sharp spikes inside
* Lay the Christmas tree on its side * Remove cup from the base * Slide the cup onto the trunk of the tree (see image A) * Tap the bottom of the cup to engage the spikes into the trunk of the tree (see image B)
Confirm that the spikes have penetrated the bottom of the tree trunk
* Tighten each one of the four bolts to fully engage with the tree trunk (see image C)
Confirm that the tip of each bolt is making firm contact with the tree trunk

2. To place the tree and the attached cup into the base
Confirm that the spikes have penetrated the bottom of the tree trunk
* Locate the tree and cup assembly next to the base * Carefully lift and guide the cup into the base
3. To lock the foot pedal
* Fully press down on the foot pedal all the way to the floor * The stand is locked when the foot pedal is in the pressed down position (almost touching the floor)
Confirm that the foot pedal is in the down position (locked) before releasing the tree

How do I straighten a Christmas tree in theWonderStand™?

To straighten the tree using the tilting feature:
Caution: The stand must be in an unlocked position to use the tilting feature

Unlock the foot pedal (The FOOT PEDAL UNLOCK IS 2 STEP LIFT AND TAP)
* Place your foot in front of the pedal * Fully lift the pedal with your foot (see image F) * Tap on the foot pedal to release (see image G)

* Place one foot on any of the four legs of the base (not the foot pedal) * Place at least one hand on the trunk of the tree * Tilt the tree into the desired position (the stand allows for a 5 degree tilt in any direction) * (see image H)

* Confirm that the foot pedal is in the down position (locked) before releasing the tree

To rotate the tree using the rotation feature:
